Apprenticeship Readiness Multi-Craft Core Curriculum (MC3)

In collaboration with the Building Futures and Real Jobs Rhode Island, CCRI is offering a 10-week, 160-hour Apprenticeship Readiness Multi-Craft Core Curriculum (MC3) training. Tuition is free and funded through Real Jobs Rhode Island.
This bootcamp-style training will rapidly educate and prepare students to enter into a union apprenticeship trade upon graduation. The curriculum includes education on industry awareness, health and safety, construction math, the heritage of the American Worker, diversity, blueprint reading, hand and power tools, OSHA 10, CPR, and financial literacy. This job skills training program will combine classroom and hands-on instruction to ensure students are well prepared to select and apply to become an apprentice within one of our various trade partners.
No experience is necessary a GED or high school diploma, driver's license, authorization to work within the U.S. and ability to pass a drug test are required. Unions needing apprenticeships include but are not limited to, the building trades, electrical, pipefitters, ironworkers, and more.

May 12 - July 3, 2025, Monday - Thursday, 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Newport Campus
