Eligibility Requirements

If a student meets the following Phi Theta Kappa eligibility criteria:

• Has a 3.75 Grade Point Average or above
• Has a minimum of 24 and no more than 60 earned credits
• Be a matriculating student in a degree program
• Be of good character

Then membership is contingent upon the following requirements:

• Attend an Orientation Session
• Complete a PTK Application Form
• Submit a one time $95.00 enrollment fee
• Attend an Induction Ceremony

Membership in Phi Theta Kappa does not require additional academic projects and should not be confused with the Honors Program.
